AS WE REMEMBER THEM

For more than 700 years, it has been customary to issue a Yizkor Book (Memorial Book) at the time of the High Holy Days. As the year 5786 approaches, we will continue to honor this tradition. This booklet will list the names of persons you wish to remember and will be used in the recitation of the Yizkor Service. As has been the custom, the Memorial Book will be yours to keep.

Please fill out the form below and contribute a minimum gift of $18.00 for EACH person you would like remembered. This form may be submitted online, or a hard copy may be obtained from our office. Please complete this form no later than Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
