Administrative Assistant




Main Areas of Responsibility:

Congregation Albert, Albuquerque’s Reform Synagogue is searching for someone who is detail oriented and very organized. The ability to multitask is a must. Must have strong computer skills. Since this position will be a highly visible role, it requires a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with many different people from different back grounds, educations and cultures, at the same time, and with professionalism.


Additional Areas of Responsibility:

The successful candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, must exhibit critical thought processing skills, excellent time management skills, tech, social media and other multi access experience, as well as appointment scheduling experience. Computer skills including working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite and Canva (preferred).


Other Information/Requirements:

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED three (3) or more years’ experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities is required.


Full-Time $13.00-$14.00/hr --some nights and weekends required.
