HIGH HOLY DAYS CHALLAH ORDER FORM | |
Please return your order form, placed in an envelope with payment, to the Congregation Albert office by 2:00 PM Thursday, September 13th for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Orders must be picked up at the temple between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17th. We will be closing the office early on September 17th.
To reserve your challah(s), please fill out the form below. Once the form is completed, please print it out and bring it to the Congregation Albert office.
