March 2002 Meeting

Voting: Fiscal year 2002-3 budget - reviewed and recommended to the congregation. Tuition Waiver Policy for the ECC - allows ECC staff, and other employees to receive partial tuition waivers in lieu of wages. The policy details the particulars. The document is approved for use through the school year ending in May, 2005.

Interfaith seder: Hosted about 65 guests with the help of the Interfaith Committee, the Confirmation class, and superb effort by chairman Mark Shuchat-Marx. Particular thanks to Mark for making it happen.

Report of the Month: Security Committee by chair, Marcia Rosenstein. Initial priorities: a security manual; improving the parking lot traffic pattern; handicap access. The Board is very appreciative of Marcia and the committee's efforts!
