Resolutions passed:

• To accept 2002 parsonage allowances as submitted
• To take 5% distribution (of the principle balance, per constitution) from Congregation Endowment Fund as budgeted, returning what is not needed at the end of the year.
• To accept the mission statement of the Archives Committee, and establishment of a continuing, permanent Archive
• To announce text for December board study: Journey to the End of the Millennium by A. Yehoshua

Religious Education Committee presented:

Their scheduled monthly committee report, including detailed responses to all the items on the Long-range Planning Report, highlighting communication and curriculum. The board thanks Rebeca Zimmermann and her committee for their official (and written) report.

High Holidays:

Congratulated Judy Weinstein on a tremendous job. The trustees express deep appreciation of her planning and execution and thank all the staff and volunteers who helped.

Caring Committee:

Cantor has done a wonderful job getting this underway.

Finance Committee:

Ed Caplan and Geoffrey Kalmus are commended for their attention to our finances.
