NEW FRIENDS

NEW FRIENDS is a new project of the membership committee. The goal is to make our temple a more welcoming place, a friendlier place, and a place where new faces are new friends.

It is the hope of the NEW FRIENDS project that many of you will respond to the following questionnaire and be willing to be matched with new members. The project will be based on common interests and give the phone numbers of new members to existing members.

Although we hope that the friendships forged will bring both old and new members more actively into the life of the temple, we do not suggest that temple activities are the only ones in which NEW FRIENDS might engage. A Shabbat dinner, a night on the town, a cup of coffee, a ride to a temple event, a movie, attending services, a shopping trip...the possibilities are endless.

If you can make the commitment to participate, please fill out the following information and submit it by July 1 to the NEW FRIENDS project through the membership committee. The same information will ultimately be sought from all new members to provide appropriate matches.
