Shabbat Family Dinner - June 16, 2000

5:30 pm	Light, healthy snacks for children
6:00 pm	Shabbat Family Service with stories and singing
7:00 pm	Shabbat Dinner in the social hall with a fun project for children after dinner

Please fill out the form below and return it with payment to Sally at the Congregation Albert office. Those who choose to bring their own food are encouraged to come. However, we need everyone to sign up by the cut off date so we can set up enough tables. We will provide beverages and challah for everyone attending.

You may make reservations by returning the reservation form below with your payment in person at the Congregation Albert office by the close of business Wednesday, June 14th. We also will accept reservation forms and payment, if appropriate, postmarked by Tuesday, June 13th. Questions? Please call the office at 883-1818.

WE CANNOT MAKE RESERVATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT

Seating is limited and everyone who would like to join any portion of the evening must make reservations by the cutoff date. Please bring a dessert to share and place it in the kitchen when you arrive. 3% goes to Mazon, a Jewish Response to Hunger. We're looking forward to a Shabbat evening full of friends and fun!
