Brotherhood and Sisterhood Joint Brunch

This important program will provide an overview of the New Mexico Holocaust and Intolerance Museum and will be presented by the chairman and members of the museum's board. An array of items already in the possession of the museum will be on display including sculptures, paintings, photographs, books and more.
The main speaker will be museum chairman and president (as well as CAB and temple member) Werner Gellert.
He will be accompanied by an ethnically and religiously diverse board of directors. They will discuss their exciting plans for a national outreach institute for the prevention of hate and intolerance. Their first project is to sponsor hate and intolerance programs at APS Middle Schools.

The Rev. William Dorman, past president of the New Mexico Council
of Churches;
Michael Banks, recipient of the New Mexico Human Rights Award;
Joseph Suina, UNM Professor of Education and past governor of the
Cochiti Pueblo;
Sheilah Garcia, owner of Garcia Motors;
Robert B. Montoya, trustee of Sandia Pueblo;
Ned Miller, owner of a life and health insurance agency and a
member of Congregation Albert;
Maureen Walter, senior vice president of BPLW Architects and
Engineers;
and attorney Robert Singer, appointee of Archbishop Michael
Sheehan.
The brunch costs $6 for Brotherhood and Sisterhood members and their guests, and $8 for all others.
