The Grapevine - November 1999

Two of our religious school students will appear in Santa Fe Opera's production of Noye's Fludde (pronounced "Noah's Flood") by Benjamin Britten in November at Holy Rosary Church. Alexandra Fiber will play the part of Shem, and Lauren Giudice will play the part of a Gossip. (Guess which one survives the "fludde"?)

Cantor Shuchat-Marx has just had a story, "The Cantor's Cat," published in the recently released Chicken Soup for the Cat- and Dog-Lover's Soul.

Several Congregation Albert religious school students will appear in the Sandia High School production of `Cheaper By The Dozen' on November 4th, 5th and 6th. Carley Bernstein will play `Mrs. Fitzgerald,' Becca Orchant will play `Jackie,' and Abel Horwitz will play `the Doctor'.
