Resolutions passed:

1) Resolution to give thanks for:

Exceptional fundraising: To Sheri Tepper and Robin Spalding for chairing the religious school fundraising project.

To Norm Orchant and Tom Ash for the Golf Tournament

2) Welcomed to membership:

Frances Rodriguez, Diane and Tom Aldrich Judith Bernstein, Michael McGowen and Jean Shumer, Dora Rosenbaum

3) Archives Committee is authorized:

To act a Temple's liaison for the Palace of the Governors exhibit regarding Jews in New Mexico - they have requested loan of some of our archival materials for display

4) Resolution:

1999 Yom Kippur appeal will be directed toward Jewish Literacy. In partial response to the congregation's identification of this priority, members of the Board of Trustees will peruse their own Jewish Literacy with the study of two books during the current term of office.

5) Standard resolutions:

Enabling bank signatures & financial measures were passed.

6) The board spent most of the July meeting in training activities.
