High Holy Day Parking and Childcare Arrangements

The office staff is working diligently to ensure that all the myriad of details associated with preparing for the High Holy Days are completed. Be assured that everything will be in place so that you and your family may approach these holiest of days with the solemnity that they deserve. To this end, we need everyone's cooperation in using the parking facilities and in making childcare arrangements.

Parking by the main entrance is only allowed in the marked handicapped spaces. You'll note that these have recently been repainted. Parking anywhere else in front of the building is a fire hazard and is prohibited. Also, cars will be towed if parked in the lot adjacent to the north of the Temple, or in front of Furr's loading dock. Additional parking can be found in the back of the Temple.

Because of the legal issues associated with providing childcare, we must strictly enforce our policy that no childcare can be given unless previously arranged for through the Temple office. We hire only enough childcare providers for the families that have pre-arranged for it. You will need to have your childcare reservation confirmation when you arrive for services.

Please read your High Holy Day booklet carefully for additional information regarding tickets, schedule of services, and our second day Rosh Hashanah service in the mountains. This has been provided for you, with much effort and thought, to help make your High Holy Days a spiritually rewarding experience.

On behalf of the office staff, I wish you all L'Shanah Tovah, and let you know how wonderful it is to be a part of such a warm, vital community.

Judy Weinstein
