CHILDCARE IS AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION ONLY. CHILDREN WITHOUT A RESERVATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!
We will hire the number of childcare providers required to comply with New Mexico State law based on PRE-PAID reservations only!
A Childcare Reservation Form is provided below.
The completed form and your check for the full amount of childcare requested must be returned to the Temple office no later than Wednesday, September 1, 1999 by 5:00 pm. No late reservations will be accepted! You may also make reservations directly from this page using a credit card. If paying by check, please make your check payable to Congregation Albert and mail or deliver to:

Please drop your children off 30 minutes prior to the service and pick them up immediately following. Name tags and room assignments will be available at the registration table in the school wing. Our childcare program will take place in our school wing. Please provide, if necessary, items such as snacks, diapers, and bottles. We will not be able to provide them.
ADULTS WITH CHILDREN IN CHILDCARE ARE REQUIRED TO SIT IN A DESIGNATED SECTION OF THE SANCTUARY SO THEY MAY BE READILY CONTACTED BY THE CHILDCARE PROVIDERS SHOULD THE NEED ARISE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR THE WELLBEING OF THE CHILDREN. Please indicate the number of seats you require on the reservation form.
Congregation Albert will send you a confirmation notice. Please bring it with you. The confirmation notice will serve as your ticket for childcare.

Please reserve a place for the child(ren) listed below at Congregation Albert during the times selected below. Please check the services for which you require childcare and compute your total cost. Please indicate the number of seats you will need in the section of the sanctuary reserved for individuals with children in childcare.

PLEASE RETURN YOUR COMPLETED FORM WITH A CHECK FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF CHILDCARE REQUESTED TO THE TEMPLE OFFICE NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1999 BY 5:00 PM -- NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MUST ALSO SUBMIT YOUR ELECTRONIC RESERVATION BY SEPTEMBER 1.

For credit card registrations, payment can be made directly from this web site. To protect your information, the credit card process uses two steps.
