Mitzvah Day 1999 - June/July 1999
We had another great turnout for Mitzvah Day this year. Once again, we had a great group of committed people organizing the event and serving as site captains. The site captains are crucial to the success of Mitzvah Day. They are also representatives of the Congregation to the community agencies. They've taken their responsibilities seriously and have represented all of us as well.
The Steering Committee this year consisted of Francine Cogen (Vice-Chair), Marti Fournier-Revo (Site Captain Coordinator), Lester Cohen (Site Captain Coordinator), and Darah Lerner (Registration). Meryl Segel once again coordinated the marketing efforts.
