MEMORIAL BOOK FOR 5760

For more than 700 years it has been customary to issue a Memorial Book or Yizkor Book, at the time of the High Holy Days. As the year 5760 approaches, we will continue to honor this tradition. The booklet will list the names of persons you wish to remember and will be used in the recitation of the Yizkor Service held in the afternoon of Yom Kippur, Monday September 20, 1999. As has been the custom, the Memorial Book will be yours to keep.

Congregation Albert asks congregants to fill out the form below and to enclose a minimum gift of $6.00 for each person remembered. This form, with the payment must be in the office no later than Thursday, July 15, 1999.

Please enclose your check payable to Congregation Albert with this form and mail no later than July 15, 1999. You may also deliver your form to the Temple office.

For credit card donations, payment can be made directly from this web site. To protect your information, the credit card process uses two steps.
