Resolutions passed:

1) Welcomed for membership:

Paul Hartfield, Allan Levine and Max, Karen & Richard Singer

2) Motion:

The budget committee be instructed to present to the Annual Meeting a budget without deficit. Passes unanimously.

Other notes of interest:

The security company is making adjustments to our system – it will be easier to use. A security guard will be on duty Tuesday and Friday nights (times of heaviest evening use). Anyone scheduling evening events is reminded to check with office regarding security.
