Annual Meeting - May 1999

ANNUAL MEETING

On Sunday, May 16, 1999 at 7:00 P.M., we will hold our Annual Meeting as prescribed by our constitution.

We Cannot Conduct Business at the Annual Meeting Unless 85 Households are Represented. It is Absolutely Necessary that You Make Every Attempt to Attend this Meeting.

If you are ill, or will be out of town on May 16, 1999, you may call the office to request an absentee ballot. If you need a ride to the Annual Meeting, please call the office. We will make every effort to assist you.
