Website/Bulletin Request - April 1999
We Need Your Help!
As you know, this bulletin is put together by a small group of dedicated volunteers. Once its created, it is also converted to an electronic format and posted on the Congregation Albert web site.
Its important that we have enough time to put everything together properly. There is a deadline for submitting material for the main bulletin that is the first day of the prior month.
In order to ensure that both the printed and electronic versions of the bulletin can be created on time, we are imposing a "flyer deadline" of the 15th of the month before publication. So, if you want a flyer to be mailed with the May bulletin, we need to have it by April 15th.
The second, and perhaps more important change, is that we need to have an electronic version of any flyer that is to be included with the bulletin. In order to make this as painless as possible, we can accept submissions in a number of formats and on either Macintosh or PC formatted diskettes.

In addition, any graphics that are a part of the flyer must also be supplied electronically. Finally, to ensure that we can duplicate the flyer properly, please include a printed copy as well.
