Town Meeting/Annual Meeting - April 1999

TOWN MEETING

On Sunday, April 18,1999 at 7:00 P.M., the Annual Town Meeting will be held to discuss:

The recommendation of a proposed congregational budget for the fiscal year 1999-2000, by the Board of Trustees, to the Congregation.

No motions are in order at this meeting. Its purpose is to inform the Congregation of the details contained in this recommendation and to help the Board of Trustees assess the support of the Congregation for it. The Board of Trustees will consider responses and suggestions that are presented at the Town Meeting.

ANNUAL MEETING

On Sunday, May 16,1999 at 7:00 P.M., we will hold our Annual Meeting as prescribed by our constitution.

WE CANNOT CONDUCT BUSINESS AT THE ANNUAL MEETING UNLESS 85 HOUSEHOLDS ARE REPRESENTED. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY THAT YOU MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO ATTEND THIS MEETING.

If you are ill, or will be out of town on May 16, 1999, you may call the office to request an absentee ballot. If you need a ride to the Annual Meeting, please call the office. We will make every effort to assist you.
